I want to add to “Explain everything” that we must hold and carry explanations efficiently or persuasion turns to confusion instead clarification, meaning, not “everything” can be explained; be concise, set priorities, and handle it efficiently for both sides of the equation. And, most importantly, be absolutely honest in finding solutions and assisting to resolve a task. If you don’t know, seek help, and you will be better off doing so than trying to be something you are not: geniuses learn and succeed through trial and errors.
