Whether you’re meeting with a client or you have a project to tackle, it helps to minimize distractions from your phone. But you don’t have to turn it off to lessen its distraction.
The latest Apple iOS, 12, has new options for its do-not-disturb feature that allow you to customize how long you want to disconnect.
Press your finger on the crescent moon icon in the control center to find these options, which include letting the do-not-disturb option expire in an hour, at a certain time, or when you leave your location.
The do-not-disturb features turn off notifications, so you can still see the time but won’t get distracted with a message, email, or other alerts.
Yes, I love that feature! It’s quick and easy.
I am running IOS 12.1.2 and Do Not have this feature. Are there any other settings that need to be checked?
