A real estate transaction can require many forms, contracts, and addenda. Even in a straightforward sale or purchase, you may eventually sign dozens of legal documents. But knowing which form to use—or even knowing whether you should use a form—can be tricky.
Thankfully, your REALTOR® has experience and knowledge about the many available forms. Also important, REALTORS® have access to more than 100 contracts and forms that are not available to agents who are not REALTORS®, such as an approximation of closing costs, a special contract for condominiums, a notice to withdraw an offer, a buyer’s walkthrough, contracts specific to commercial transactions and leases—the list goes on.
To make sure you are working with a knowledgable professional who has access to the forms and contracts you may need, be sure that the agent you’re working with is a REALTOR®.

My client wants to buy new home. The builder has Inventory home – Quick move in. He said that home was under contract but contract did not go through. Do we use contract form? if so which one? It said on MLS that Seller will write contract on Builders New home agreement and warranty.
What form do you use for a list full of repairs after the inspection?
I wish to download the form to keep the mineral right of the property that I’m selling to attach to the real estate sales agreement. help
This is precisely the reason limited listing should NOT be allowed. The agent on the other side ends up doing all the forms, contracts etc. We are left dealing with someone that is not a professional while listed on a professional website,HAR. Agents that take their fiduciary responsibility seriously are left to work with a buyer or seller that has no idea what they are doing.
